Algol employees have their own e-Academy online learning platform

Whereas previously online training was available sporadically through individual courses, the contents of this training have now been made available to all by means of our e-Academy online learning platform. 

“Training events that require participants to be physically present and online training both have their own advantages. Whereas interacting and discussing with others facilitates the learning process, online training offers more freedom for studying when and where is most convenient for you. Online training also gives us excellent tools for measuring expertise and monitoring employee training,” says Eija Holmström, Director of HR, Communications and Corporate Responsibility.

Employees are welcome to evaluate the online training courses, as this feedback will help further develop their contents. In addition, all Algol employees have the opportunity to express their own training needs and wishes regarding our training programmes during their annual review and target setting discussions.
