ISO 27001 certificate granted to Algol
Algol Oy has been granted the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Certificate. ISO 27001 is an international standard for information security management that helps organisations systematically and effectively protect their valuable data, as well as identify and manage information security risks more efficiently. Through this system, we assess potential threats and implement preventive measures that reduce the risk of information security breaches. The certificate also covers technical information security—how security is ensured both at the organisational level and in the daily work of employees.
Algol Group already holds certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
“The ISO 27001 certificate is an excellent addition to our certified management systems, and it demonstrates the Group’s commitment to the continuous improvement of various processes,” says Tor Edgren, Sustainability Manager at Algol Group.
