Algol Technics has acquired the business operations of Roltex. The transaction strengthens the position of Algol Technics as a partner for industrial customers in Finland.

Algol Technics and Roltex signed the acquisition agreement on 12 January 2024, and the transfer of business operations to Algol will take effect on 1 April 2024. Roltex employees will transfer to Algol Technics as long-service employees.

Roltex has achieved a significant position in the Finnish market supplying products for loading bays, including loading ramps, lifts and industrial and special doors, both in terms of products and services.
