The results of the stakeholder survey have been taken into account in Algol Group’s corporate responsibility targets for 2021
We have published the Algol Group’s corporate responsibility targets for 2021. The targets are common to all Group companies, and we monitor their progress and realisation yearly.
By setting these targets, we wish to ensure safety and accountability in all our operations. Health, Safety and Environment Policy and Quality Policy have been taken into account in the Group’s corporate responsibility targets, as well as the results of our stakeholder analysis conducted in autumn 2020.
In Algol Group’s corporate responsibility targets we also strive to take into account the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030. The Sustainable Development Goals, or Agenda 2030.
In our own goal setting, we have also analysed which of the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 (Agenda 2030) we can influence in Algol, either directly or indirectly.

The Group’s 2021 responsibility program focuses on personnel, the environment and responsible business. These form five themes, two of which relate to our staff, two to our environment and one to our business.
Personnel
- Zero accidents.
- Healthy and functional work community.
Environment
- Minimised environmental impact of our operations.
- Efficient resource & energy consumption.
Responsible business
- Improved Operational quality.
During this year, we will also set long-term goals for the Group companies.
