Algol’s WhistleB feedback channel is now open also outside the company

News 22.12.2020

Whistleblowing service has been in use in Algol Group since 2017. The channel is now available not only to our employees but also to our customers and other stakeholders.

The Whistleblowing service channel is an early warning system to reduce the risks associated with abuse. It is an important tool for us to maintain the trust of our customers and other stakeholders.

Our reliability and long-term success are built on our ethical principles. You have an important role to play in reporting suspected potential misconduct that is not according to our Code of Business Conduct. This will give us a chance to prevent or correct any abuse.

Reports must always be made in good faith.

The whistleblowing channel can be used to report any suspected abuse anonymously. The service is separate from the organisation´s IT environment. WhistleB does not track IP addresses or other data that could identify a person sending a message. Messages are encrypted and can only be decrypted by designated individuals. WhistleB cannot decrypt and read messages.

Reports submitted using the WhistleB are done so anonymously unless you decide to include your own name. After submitting your report, you will automatically receive a user ID and password that can be used later to discuss the issue anonymously with the team processing your report.

Thank you for helping us to act as a company that promotes good business practice.
